New goal for healthier/saner living: Limit all social media to 20-45 minutes a day at the most. Basically, I would post a picture on tumblr and log on to Facebook to see about events or other activities invited to if any. I would keep messenger to use in lieu of text messages for those that don’t have my phone number or email. It might be interesting for anyone to try. Whether or not one does, go to the PBS website and look up the Frontline documentary, “Generation Like.” It might scare you a bit as you get a lesson in demographics and web surfing.
